Who we are
We’re a cricket club with a difference, a club that plays it forward. When you become a YPCC member you’re joining a community that celebrates achievement at every level. Established in 1875 and based in Royal Park since the 1940s, we are proud to call one of the best neighbourhood grounds in the country home. YPCC offers top quality training and match day facilities, an extensive juniors program and a strong community focus. What we do
YPCC welcomes members from every part of our local community and we’re proud of our safe and inclusive environment. As one of the closest cricket grounds to Melbourne’s CBD, we are privileged to be part of a strong and diverse community and proud to represent it. We offer high quality coaching and facilities in an environment that encourages inclusiveness and participation. As part of our commitment to representation, we encourage local girls and women to give the game a go.
How you can get involved
Join the YPCC family, a place where everyone is welcome and valued. YPCC members host and attend events designed to bring our community together, from the welcome/smoking ceremony to our ever-popular curry nights.
