Led by coaches with decades of international, state, premier and community club experience, the Team Leaders Cricket Squad supports young players build their slkills, personal confidence, physical and mental well-being and problem-solving capabilities so they can:
- Keep growing their love of the game and be passionate life-long cricketers and leaders.
- Excel at high levels of senior community cricket.
- Successfullly transition into Cricket Victoria pathway or Premier teams.
- Develop team orientated values and behaviours.
